The BTK killer has returned after a 25-year absence. This is really chilling since he murdered so many women and then just vanished. Anyone with half a brain hoped he was dead or locked away but he's back.
My question is this: Could Zodiac still be out there, biding his time, waiting for the perfect opportunity to strike again? Talk about your crappy thoughts for a Sunday morning.
